- The last 5-10 minutes are used to check the changes, how the client will be different after this balance and what action needs to be taken in order to maintain the changes.
Combo Kinesiology + Massage:
- The first part of this Fabulous Combo session is usually a Kinesiology consultation of about 60min followed by 1 hour of Energy Balancing Remedial/Relaxation Massage.
75 min Remedial Massage:
- The first 5-10 minutes are used to determine how the client is feeling, locating the area's of noticeable pain and tension, posture check, discussing current life circumstances and physical challenges. Then we will formulate a massage plan and outcome we both agree on.
- The next 60-65 minutes are used to address the areas of tension and pain using a variety of Remedial Massage Techniques i.e. deep tissue, stripping, Trigger Points, passive and active stretches.
- The last few minutes are used to check the changes and to discuss follow-up options.
75 min Energy Balancing Relaxation Massage:

- Techniques are based on Swedish Relaxation Massage, Kinesiology Practice, basic Remedial Massage techniques if desired and with a focus on mindful breathing.
- For example the use of Swedish relaxation techniques to massage the lower leg, a Kinesiology method to stimulate acupressure point Lv6 (located medial of the tibia bone) to release built up emotional tension and mindful breathing to assist with the process of relaxation and releasing tension.
- The last few minutes are used to check the changes and to discuss follow-up options.
60 min Oncology Massage/Lymphatic Drainage:

Then we will formulate a massage plan and an outcome we both agree on.
- The next 50 minutes are used to massage either the front or the back of the body or both, depending on the location of possible incision(s), treatment sites, general fitness or the client simply has a preferred position. Feet and scalp are optional.
- Techniques are a Light Touch massage, based on Swedish Relaxation Massage, performed with minimal pressure and slow movements in accordance with the flow of lymph in the Lymphatic system, some Kinesiology Practice and with a focus on mindful breathing.
- Research has shown that Oncology Massage reduces the side effects experienced from conventional treatment of cancer and the symptoms of the disease process itself. (study Cassileth and Vickers, 2004)

Touch for Health level 1 workshop:
Touch for Health is a system of holistic health care available to both lay-people and professionals. It utilises a range of gentle yet powerful healing techniques to improve health, wellbeing and vitality.
Its origins stem from the 1960's when a Doctor of Chiropractic, George Goodheart, developed a series of protocols for testing muscles as a diagnostic tool & treatment adjunct to spinal manipulative therapy. In the world of Chiropractic, these protocols eventually became known as applied Kinesiology. In the 1970's, an American chiropractor Dr John Tie, adapted these protocols for wider use outside of the Chiropractic community which eventually became known as Touch for Health. Touch for Health has been taught to millions of people worldwide, in over 60 countries and translated in 26 languages.
The synthesis of Touch for Health involves skills researched from modern chiropractic, naturopathy, osteopathy and ancient Chinese acupuncture.
In Touch for Health level 1 you will learn how to do muscle testing, assessing functional and energetic muscular integrity, the anatomical position of 14 different muscles, including origin and insertion, and how they are related to organs and functions and the Acupuncture meridian system. A variety of correction techniques are introduced in TFH 1 on how to restore muscle strength; reducing pain and improving posture. Furthermore one will learn about the reflex points to stimulate the lymphatic system and vascular system, emotional stress release and right/left brain hemisphere integration.

Touch for Health parents and carers workshop
The do-it-yourself positive parenting and stress management techniques in this workshop are part of the Touch for Health synthesis, a practical guide to Natural Health with Acupressure Touch.
The aim of this three hour workshop is to learn techniques that bring about positive change when you and/or your child are experiencing any of the following: low energy, food cravings, body discomfort, unhappy feelings, difficulty concentrating, uncoordinated walking/running, reading and comprehension challenges, untidy handwriting…
We are happy to share one the many wonderful techniques from this workshop called Cross Crawl, for improved left/right brain integration, clearer thinking, better co-ordination in sports and movement.
Here's how
Walk in a marching pattern - right arm forward with the opposite leg forward, left arm back with the opposite leg back. To make this exercise more effective: if you are "marching" to school you could hum a song and/or practice your math tables. Moving your eyes in large clockwise and anticlockwise circles a couple of times will make this fun exercise even more effective.
More background info on this particular exercise will be shared in the workshop including 10 other techniques addressing "out of balance" feelings and other physical or emotional challenges as described before.
This informative and hands on workshop can be booked to enjoy in the comfort of your home with some friends.
