Thank you kindly for visiting my website and for taking the time to understand my practice. This action from yourself has arisen from stillness and can be regarded as "the first step of the journey of a thousand miles", Lao Tzu, towards a more balanced unity of mind, body and spirit.
My area of expertise lies in the realm of Human Emotions and how they are closely connected
to any pain, ache, discomfort, unease, dis-ease and general wellbeing.
In a consultation, the client becomes aware of which human emotions are closely connected to the current challenges or pain and how one can benefit once this connection or energetic imbalance
has been disconnected or balanced through Kinesiology practices.
These practices include, for example, the stimulation of acupressure points, the strengthening of weak muscles, the discussion of emotional issues and the analysis of diet.
Once the energetic body has been reset, its innate healing energy can flow freely again and puts the mind, body and spirit in a better position to care for itself.
Another area of expertise lies in the realm of Personal Development.
I believe everyone’s life story is worth being written and evaluated. Therefore I encourage you to set time aside to write down yours. A helpful framework for this exercise is to go through the following 12 different life areas:
